Welcome to Real Power Construction

Real Power is all about the RELATIONSHIPS built that stand the test of time. From the first interaction with our builders, homeowners and our most valuable asset, our employees, it’s evident that we care. Our commitment to excellence, transparency and demonstrating ethical behavior in every encounter is what we are about. We understand that there are many choices in electricians, but we strive to be the one that you choose again and again for your residential and commercial needs.

Michael

Michael comes from an all-around trade industry family. He first discovered his love for electrical in 2016 working for Real Power doing clean-up and low volt during the summer and after school. Electrical became something he became very passionate about, so much so, that along with taking AP classes in high school he challenged himself to also begin electrical school at CWI during his senior year. When he graduated from Meridian High, he went straight into a full-time apprenticeship and school becoming the very first company grown journeyman at the age of 22. Michael has developed an exceptional understanding of the electrical code and keeping his team up to date with the continual changes which makes the process run very efficiently. His attention to detail and eagerness to expand he and his team’s knowledge in the construction field as a whole, drives him to be the very best leader he can be. When Michael isn’t living and breathing electrical, he values spending time with his wife, Nicole, and family, snowmobiling during the winter and playing golf during the warmer months!

Dave

Dave is a proud Idaho native, born and raised in Nampa where he still resides with his wife Saber and their three children Ryker, Ty, and Sophia. He grew up understanding through athletics that teamwork, clear goals a strong work ethic, adaptability and continuous learning are at the center of success. He graduated with an Associate in Science with his undergrad in Business Management from CWI. Dave further developed his leadership skills while playing baseball at CSI and during his career in law enforcement. While Dave loved serving his community, he knew that his love for working with his hands and building things were his true passion. This led him to pursue electrical in 2018 with the goal of becoming a journeyman and a team leader, which he achieved in 2022. Dave is committed to leading his team through being disciplined in the example he sets to produce the best electricians in the valley. During his free time he enjoys woodworking and working on his classic car.
